Prom night is a very special evening for Charlotte's high school seniors — and you can bet that every limo in town will be booked. Prom is the busiest night of the year in the limousine industry: for every limo we reserve, hundreds of customers are turned away, because we are usually booked weeks in advance. After you've done your research, book that limousine as soon as possible.

Ballantyne Limousine has a seven-hour minimum on prom night, but our rates are the same throughout the year — never increased for special occasions. A down payment of half the cost of service is due two weeks prior to prom night. Many teens go in a group to share the cost; price varies with the passenger size of the vehicle you rent. Safety and quality matter to both parents and teens. Ballantyne Limousine requires all chauffeurs to be DOT certified — including background checks and regular drug screening — and our drivers carry PVH passenger-endorsed permits qualifying them to operate even our largest vehicles. On arrival, parents and teens are asked to sign a Minors and Alcoholic Beverages Statement, required by North Carolina state law, in which both the student and the limousine service promise a drug- and alcohol-free evening. You are welcome to visit us beforehand and check out the exact vehicle you're reserving.
