What areas does Ballantyne Limousine serve?
Charlotte and the entire Charlotte-Metro area, including Ballantyne, SouthPark, Uptown, South End, NoDa, Lake Norman, Concord, Matthews, and the Carolinas at large. We are happy to discuss out-of-region trips on request.
How do I reserve a vehicle?
The easiest way is our online reservation portal at the Reserve page. You can also call us directly at 704-608-7750 to speak with a human — we recommend calling for wedding bookings, multi-vehicle requests, or anything time-sensitive.
Do you handle Charlotte Douglas (CLT) airport transfers?
Yes. CLT transfers are one of our core services. We track your flight in real time and your chauffeur will be at the gate when you land — even if your flight is delayed.
Can I rent a limousine for a wedding day?
Absolutely — weddings are one of our specialties. For more than two decades we've served thousands of Charlotte brides. Red carpet, complimentary champagne, mood lighting, and a tux-clad chauffeur come standard.
How far in advance should I book?
For weddings and major events: 60+ days is ideal. For prom: book in early spring. For sporting events and concerts: 2-4 weeks out. For airport or corporate: 24-48 hours is usually fine, but the more notice the better.
What is your largest vehicle?
Our 56-passenger luxury coach bus. For groups of 18-20 wanting something with serious personality, the H2 Hummer XXX is Charlotte's only triple-X white H2 Hummer.
Are gratuity and fuel included in the price?
Pricing varies by package. The price we quote includes all taxes and fees. Gratuity is at your discretion, though typically 18-20% of the trip total is standard.
Do you offer hourly chauffeur service for corporate clients?
Yes — we offer hourly rates and corporate accounts. Get in touch and we'll put together a package that fits your team's regular travel patterns.
